So, our friend Laura came to visit us for a few days. We had the crazy idea of her making a quilt while she was here.
This is Laura cutting apart half-square triangles. Laura ripping (excues me, "unsewing") a seam she just put in. And then resewing it.
The almost finished quilt. It's a summer quilt, so she just sewed the blocks into strips and pieced it right onto the backing. As she left for home, all she had to do was bind it.

Tell Wendy that she did a very good job to get a quilt together in such a short time. It helps to be working on it with a good friend. Her quilt is lovely.
