I write. I quilt. I cook. I take photographs. What else is there?

Outside my Window, Right Now

Isn't this a stunning sunset?  It's right outside my window, right now, even as I type this.  Someday I want to make a quilt like this.

Tomorrow it's supposed to get into the 60s again, finally.  It's been cold here lately.  Here's a pic of my boys warming their bums in front of the heater.

I've been working on my Prairie Children quilt.  I've got all the outlines done and am now embelishing.  These are dandelion leaves I've been practicing.  Pretty easy and pretty quick.
Our hockey team, the Canadiens, was one of the biggest surpises of the playoffs.  They beat the top team and are now playing Pittsburgh in the first game of series 2.  Score is 3-1, Pittsburgh at the beginning of the second period.  Crosby and Malkin are beating up on our boys.  Time for me to get back to the game so I can fall asleep.
Later!
