Calling it a Night

What a day!  I got a lot accomplished today.  My wrist has called it quits, tho, so I'm stopping for the night.  Today, (drum roll, please) I finished putting together the top for Prairie Children.  I know, I know: it's about time.  But you know how it is, gotta sit and stare at it awhile until inspiration hits and I can "see" the next step.  So, the top is done.  Now it'll sit until I figure out the quilting part of it.  That dark panel in the corner and the large white one will have something more quilting-wise, but I don't know what yet there either.

I also finished this little beauty today.

And I made my first ever letters, and they were fun! I think the two "H"s need a lighter strip across the middle, but I love that "A". I can't wait to do more.
