This is the Anita’s Arrowhead quilt I’ve been working on. All the blocks are together now, so it’s just to the border I go. It may wait, though. I’d like to get going on my mom’s second quilt before her third gets here. Now that she’s retired, she’s quilting all the time. Go, Mom! Yes, the picture is crooked. I don’t really have a straight-on place to take the picture from with full-sized quilts. And I get a lot of sunshine in the pic, too (lower right corner).
I also began my entry for this month’s FMQ challenge. Still quite a bit to be done on it as well. It’s what’s on my design wall. Check out Judy’s blog for more Design Wall Monday entries.
And the winner for the Sonoma Rose giveaway is Michele Bilyeu. Her comment posting was chosen via my asking my DH for a number while he was taking a shower. Just as good as a number generator. Michele, congrats! I’ll get the book in the mail sometime within the next week.
