Design Wall Monday

First, Happy Memorial Day!!  I served in the military as did many of those in  my family.  We all came home alive.  Many did not.  Take some time during your festivities today to remember those who gave their lives to ensure all our freedom.
So, it’s Design Wall Monday.  I haven’t had anything lately because a) I work on Monday mornings and usually forget by evening, and b) I’ve been free motion quilting on my mother’s quilt and my table runner.  But, my machine has been acting up lately and piecing seems to sort it out.  Hence, I have a design on my wall.  TaDaah!

Yes, those are liberated Double 9-patch blocks there.  I think this is the layout I want.  I just need to sew it together now.  Actually, the top two corner blocks are already sewn.  10 more to go.  But probably not today.  Depends on the machine.

Very cute! Aren't they fun? Oh, and good luck with the machine - that's not so fun.

My daughter served in the Navy a number of years ago now.
Your 9-patch blocks are something I could live with comfortably.
